Struggling

Hi all,

Things are really hard my way I'm struggling I've been very distant from social media so I haven't been on forums much due to my MH being really bad. I just seem to be picking myself up constantly and it's not fun it's exhausting. I've constantly been switching alters, I've been told I have another one so that's making me scared and worried.
I am keeping to myself a lot because I'm struggling.
I'm trying to get myself stable so I can be better again and that I can do the things I want to do * once Covid is over *

I'm sorry that I haven't been around lately

I am sorry to learn that you are feeling very scared and sick at the moment. Please remember that you will not be able to get direct support from the forum members if you are in a crisis. It may be best if you go off the forums and use your personal safety plan and care strategies until you feel safer and calmer.

@Lee82 - I finished year 12 last year so I'm doing a employment course this year which is BORING!
I practically know most of the stuff.

@Lee82 - my course goes the whole year, then next year I'm doing a cert 3 in individual support ageing.
