Struggling

Hi all,

Things are really hard my way I'm struggling I've been very distant from social media so I haven't been on forums much due to my MH being really bad. I just seem to be picking myself up constantly and it's not fun it's exhausting. I've constantly been switching alters, I've been told I have another one so that's making me scared and worried.
I am keeping to myself a lot because I'm struggling.
I'm trying to get myself stable so I can be better again and that I can do the things I want to do * once Covid is over *

I'm sorry that I haven't been around lately

Oh hun yea I can understand it may be confusing for him at such a young age. My youngest son is also 9. If it's something you feel very strongly about getting him to understand it I'm sure there are a lot of ways you can explain it to him via the net.
you are not a terrible sister sweets. Just remember you don't really have control over your alters and it's not really you. Do you know what the trigger was that brought out Lucy?

@Lee82 - stress from today has bought Lucy out.
I couldn't focus in class, then half brother started winding me up so that's when Lucy fronted.
I'm not doing that well at the moment

i feel like my whole world is crumbling on top of me...

voices are loud and I'm feeling really scared.
One of my family members are really unwell with MH issues so I'm very stressed.
