Struggling

Hi all,

Things are really hard my way I'm struggling I've been very distant from social media so I haven't been on forums much due to my MH being really bad. I just seem to be picking myself up constantly and it's not fun it's exhausting. I've constantly been switching alters, I've been told I have another one so that's making me scared and worried.
I am keeping to myself a lot because I'm struggling.
I'm trying to get myself stable so I can be better again and that I can do the things I want to do * once Covid is over *

I'm sorry that I haven't been around lately

I think sometimes our furry friends think they are human! My dog certainly acts like that too.

They really are our best friends and love us unconditionally.

@Snowie - this year has been horrible. I chipped my back tooth and I don't know how and my mouth is very sore.

I know that I would be worse if I didn't have my psychologist and psychiatrist

I have decided to turn off my desktop and stop playing pc games for the day. On my latop in front of tv. So i will be online for a bit now

Our dog was similar. Dogs are great aren't they?
