You know what, they are all Izzy's favourite things to do. I am really sorry babe but I have to try and get some more sleep as we have lots to do later this morning. I have to spend the morning out with my hubby so won't be here much, but when he goes to work I will check in with you. Thank you again for trusting me to tell me about your alter sweetheart. I am sorry it's such a difficult time at the moment. Things will improve but it's not immediate sadly. last night was a hard night, but I pushed through it.
Dont know what today is going to be like. Woken up not feeling great as it is but I can change it around hopefully.
I keep on becoming switchy with my alters And disassociating.....

Good to hear that you are safe this morning @Fluttershy1 . Not feeling great, but hopeful of changing that around is a very good way to think of things. Sorry your alters are playing havoc with you. I note that your profile picture has changed again this morning. Can I ask if you change your profile in accordance with which alter is the dominant one at the time? No need to answer that if its a sensitive subject, I am just curious, and wondering if your picture at any given time is an indication of who you are or how you are feeling.

Sometimes my alters do change my profile picture, that was me though I wanted a beach profile picture.
It really depends on who wants what.
but it's staying this one for a while.
