Struggling

Hi all,

Things are really hard my way I'm struggling I've been very distant from social media so I haven't been on forums much due to my MH being really bad. I just seem to be picking myself up constantly and it's not fun it's exhausting. I've constantly been switching alters, I've been told I have another one so that's making me scared and worried.
I am keeping to myself a lot because I'm struggling.
I'm trying to get myself stable so I can be better again and that I can do the things I want to do * once Covid is over *

I'm sorry that I haven't been around lately

Good morning Jayde, sorry you have started your day with some tears sweetie. I hate days where I have lots of appointments so I will keep you in my thoughts sending you some strength to get through them all. I will be in and out here today as I working on a special project but I will try and check regularly to see how you are doing. @Fluttershy1

I am so sorry you had such a hard night sweets. I promise things will eventually get better You just have to be patient and stay strong hun. I know you can do this. Please and try to be gentle with yourself babe. You are worth it and you have definitely not failed.
