Struggling

Hi all,

Things are really hard my way I'm struggling I've been very distant from social media so I haven't been on forums much due to my MH being really bad. I just seem to be picking myself up constantly and it's not fun it's exhausting. I've constantly been switching alters, I've been told I have another one so that's making me scared and worried.
I am keeping to myself a lot because I'm struggling.
I'm trying to get myself stable so I can be better again and that I can do the things I want to do * once Covid is over *

I'm sorry that I haven't been around lately

@Anastasia @Zoe7 @outlander - things are hard at the moment... switching alters a lot, finally got over the SH urges, I've stayed safe through.
things are not great, mum doesn't want me home so I have to live with dad. My mental health has been playing up. Lots of tears...

I'm sorry that I haven't been around I've just been feeling low and like I'm a failure.

Please try to think of something good. Things you are good at....loving your doggo, diamond painting, colouring, being a beautiful friend to me @Fluttershy1

All of these things just emphasize how you aren't a failure hun. You've got this. Perhaps snuggle in your blanket, I'm here with you x
