Wife is acting different

Over the past few months my wife has been not acting herself. We have for kids together and recently had a miscarriage. I understand that this will be an emotional time for her and I have been nothing but supportive but she has recently said that she hates me and hates herself and wants to end her life . The kids and I have pleaded with her to go see a doctor or a councillor to try and get some outside help but she flat out refused. She is packing her bags and walking out of the family and this is not her usaul self she has always been a loving mother and would never leave the kids. I am at a loss of what to do

Is there someone that she talks to, a friend or a family member ??

She has the support of family but she says she doesn’t feel comfortable talking to anyone that is in our circle. Just today though she has promised to see a therapist or dr to see what is going on 🤞🏽
