Self harm

I've self harmed a few days ago and I'm confused on why I have the urge to do it again but I'm fighting it can anyone relate to me please

Thankyou for your suggestions and I have posted on the craft page! Hope everyone will enjoy watching my journey with a lump of clay. I did not attend yesterday as my wrist was still too tender since the operation on a Tuesday.
