Thats so good to hear @Anastasia ... an amazing dinner, champagne, roses. Sounds like you were really spoiled ... and deservedly so. Something was missing though. Where were the chocolates? 😉🌹

Do you have Spotify? Even you tube, I use music if I'm restless, it really helps. The meditation ones work a treat, they might help L if you are doubting your likelihood of sleeping xxx

I watch YouTube for motivational talks, but don't use Spotify all that much @Anastasia
What would you suggest I search under to help with sleep - I'm at the point I'll try anything.
