Hey @Peri I've been feeling alone too on that I feel like everyone else can manage life & I can't. I also feel really self-absorbed because I'm ruminating. Is there anything you need from me/others @Peri that I can help you with? It's extremely common to feel not good enough & alone & we can stand beside you if that helps?
