Re: Trying to stay Sane

Thanks @Anastasia

Taking time to recharge is always important - I am glad you have planned this for your weekend on your own and I hope things are okay-ish for your son with his Dad -

So far the day has been a slow start and after a busy day yesterday I am glad for this.

Re: Trying to stay Sane

I'm so sorry to hear of your terrible headache, and hope that it has eased somewhat by now, and that you are coping ok with your colleague not being around today.
If you are feeling worse tomorrow, you should take day off yourself.

Try not to worry yourself over the weekend about your boy being with his father. Try to enjoy the weekend yourself and then deal with how your boy is when he returns. Seeing he's being doing so well, he might just be ok after this visit 🤞

Re: Trying to stay Sane

Thank you @WIP

It has actually eased a little now, thanks goodness.

How are you. You always have the right advice and love to send, I hope your day is being kind to you?

Re: Trying to stay Sane

I'm so glad to hear your headache has eased. That will make it a little easier to do an extra persons work as well as your own. Still, I'm sure you're under the pump today! @Anastasia

I'm so, so today thanks. I didn't sleep well. And if WIP doesn't sleep well, she's set up for a challenging day 😞

Hi @Appleblossom

It's good to see you - I am really glad that we are helping you to keep sane

This lock-down is a real test of the best ways we can help ourselves to keep on an even keel - I might be among the last to finally feel as if enough is enough but still - I am sticking with it

I wish you the best

Re: Trying to stay Sane

I'm really glad to hear that @Eve7

My grand-daughter lives in Queensland - I saw her in July 2019 and I love it where she lives on the Sunshine Coast and I was planning to see her again this year but the rest of us live in Victoria and we can't even see each other - Certainly not go to Queensland

I have been okay with the lock-down restrictions but it is all wearing pretty thin by now - I am dealing with things better than most I think - but when going to my clinic for a free Health Check is the high-point of the month that's getting past the fun part

I hope you are as well as possible
