I'm not sleeping well. Dads all.over the place with his headspace so much so he won't allow any contact indefinitely due to the Covid numbers in NSW. So Christmas is off and so is spending what little time he has left with him. I'm mortified.

I'm exhausted. Emotionally empty and physically exhausted from a 10 hour work day. In a bath trying to wash all the negativity off. How are you doing?

There aren't any words, it's incomprehensible I think. I can't fight it, he's made his mind up. I feel defeated on so many levels. One more Day of work and then a break till 10th January. That is a welcome thought 🙂
