I'm sitting at Dads desk attempting to get my head around work. I thought I had a 9am meeting but it's 11am so I have time to mentally prepare. It's a finance meeting so haha wish me luck tapping in!!!!
Heard from Dad, not much sleep for him either.
Expecting to hear more today once Dr's visit, scan etc. So another day on the edge of the seat. Oh and devastating news that the hospital have recommended Dad sees noone for two weeks from discharge due to the rising case numbers here of covid. So Christmas is cancelled and no contact for two weeks. I'm all of the emotions right now and getting angrier as I type.

@Anastasia Oh no, thats really sad that the hospital recommends your Dad essentially isolate himself for 2 weeks once he is eventually released. No visitors during Christmas and New Year ... thats tough, especially when he is so unwell and may not see another Christmas. 😢💔 So hard for everyone. I am sorry that Christmas is cancelled for your parents. I hope you are still able to celebrate Christmas with the rest of your family?
Thinking of you today as you again await news of your Dad. Hope you hear something soon, and that its all positive. Hope the finance meeting goes well for your work at 11am. Glad you have the extra couple of hours to prepare.
