Lee, am very concerned - that's 2 nights now you've had no sleep at all, and 4 nights before that that you only had 2 hours per night. No wonder your brain is fuzzy...

And I'm also worried that you're not eating, after catching up on your thread this morning...can I ask (or will you answer) if you had anything to eat yesterday at all?

See that's the issue @NatureLover I'm not hungry, n oit in the slightest I don't even want chocolate which is odd for me, I love chocolate

Maybe it's if you haven't eaten hardly anything for days? I know the body can go into this mode where you don't feel hungry, if you haven't eaten for days...would that be the case for you maybe?
