Ones a young adult and ones 9 @Lee71 theyre my siblings so watching them till mums home at midnight and her partners on overnight so wont get home till 7am.
Would making yourself a tea and listening to some calming music or reading be any good to help you go to bed? Sleep can be a good reset

Hi Lee, I'm a bit worried that you were going for a walk so late at night on a cold night.
I'm really hoping you can check in at some point today... @Lee71

@NatureLover you are doing such a good job at supporting others. I hope that you are looking after yourself too. So I will ask, how are you sweetheart?

Awww, thank you @Snowie , so kind! 🧡 I'm doing OK thanks. I find that I run out of emotional energy in the evenings, and my sleep was getting mucked up, so I've just started logging off earlier, which is mostly working well for me. Apart from not being able to chat in the evenings when most people are active! But I don't cope well with evenings anyway, my brain stops functioning and I get down, so I would only say the wrong thing anyway.
I hope you're doing OK after your time off, and that you hear from the hospital soon...

I am glad you know your limitations @NatureLover and that you are putting your own MH first. As much as helping others can help us too, we still need to make sure that we remember the reasons why we joined this forum in the first place.
I hope today goes well for you sweetheart 💜
