Yes. I'm not sure what will help @NatureLover .

Just taken one of the meds the doctor and my therapist said to take, to help calm me down.

We have ugly weather today which isn't helping I guess. The cold always makes my bones hurt plus it's just miserable, much like I showed you in the picture yesterday.

Yes, the weather affects me a lot too...The cold would have made it harder for you to go out today. I hope you can get under a blanket now that you're home...and your bones will stop hurting at least.

I know it's cold , 10 degrees but I am not feeling cold not sure why .

My phone says 10 degrees as well. Yes, same here. The forecast says we're meant to have some sun tomorrow...I hope you get some too.

I stayed for 3/4 of it . Allot more than I thought but it's ok.
