Yellow towards orange is not really OK, it's heading towards crisis...

What can you do if you get to orange and you don't want to contact a helpline? Can you distract with Facebook or something?

OK...I'm here for another half an hour as I stuffed up taking my sleeping tablet on time.

Do you maybe like watching cute dog videos on Facebook? Or would that be too sad for you, as you can't have a dog where you are?
