I want to say Well Done - you have felt horrendous with anxiety and depression the last 3 days, but you went to all your commitments despite that. That's an amazing achievement. 🙂

How you feel is not your fault, as it's an illness. You didn't ask to feel this way.

You have thanked me, Lee. 💙 You often say thank you, you sent me beautiful photos of nature, and videos of the beach as I can't go to one. So kind and thoughtful, and stressful for you to upload those videos, too. I am still really touched. You even took photos and a video of the beach on your birthday to upload for me, and did the uploading when you were exhausted. All of that still warms my heart, a lot. Nothing more is needed.
