You have shown lots of appreciation and group responsibility. Special friends allow us to experience a sense of belonging attachment and joy. Even though life may still feel extremely hard and you dont feel you are coping, being able to express all that is important. Healing and/or spiritual growth comes in may small ways. I saw you on Hams @MDT thread and it is good to move around the forum a little as you feel ready to open up with a wider range of people.

Sent off an application for a volunteer role @NatureLover they seemed interested in me. It's mental health related so that will be good but may be a bit of a challenge. Will wait to see what they come back with Other than that I've gone out to get some coffee and bread. My usual ritual.
Now I am just at home for today. Dinner is on me but we are having leftovers. We have a heap of them lol.
