Oh Lee, I am so sad to read that you think you don't matter and are 'nothing'. You matter here, to me and other forumites, and to people in your life as well...you're definitely 'someone', not 'nothing'. I am here ready to listen to you every day, and others here as well.

@Lee71 I'm sorry that you're stuck in this place with such overwhelming feelings of worthlessness. I know if I tell you that you DO matter, your mind is probably going to make you think it's not true somehow. This inner critic part of you is actually just trying to protect you, as part of a trauma response. And that's okay! It is possible to turn towards this part of yourself with compassion and openness.

In the meantime, I'm going to tell you this anyway:

YOU DO MATTER!!

I hope you're able to find some small way to practice self-compassion today.

It's not just my inner critic telling me I'm nothing, a waste of space and so on . I have people around who say that to me and treat me that way also.

As for what color I am, you dont want to know trust me.

@Jynx you've been great too, especially with those videos.
