Hi. Thank you for your posts and emails just thought I would check in. I am still here for the moment, don't worry about me. I appreciate your concern. I still don't think there is anything out there for me though. I have plans in place. For now though I am here.

Missing my Nan so much right now, she would have been 97 in a few days. She was very special to me and to all the family. I don't talk to my mother and don't plan to ever talk to her again so I especially miss Nan.

Hi. I have ended up in hospital not sure how long. I know I need help but at the same time I don't. I want to get better. I am so tired of feeling this way.

Hi @NatureLover I am home again, panicked and called crisis line then police and ambulance came. Felt stupid. I feel like the psych just fobbed me off and considered me as just an attention seeker even though I assured him I was serious. Feel even worse now should not have called.
