Hi there, I'm a new member. My life has recently fallen apart and I'm feeling very lost. Not coping but putting on a brave face. I feel like I can't talk to anyone, feeling really isolated, so decided to join to connect with others and also help others through their struggles. I've had to quit my job and wipe people who weren't good for me and finding it really hard to move forward and feeling unmotivated and anxious.
Hello @Del81. Spring cleans are good for the soul. I think from personal experience as we step more into claiming our own selves the other parts dissipate without us even noticing. You may still see the people who were holding you back in your mind ( I mean). Sometimes that's hard not too when they are directly in our circle! But as you slowly separate your energy from them, so they will move there energy elsewhere too. It's really hard I know. I hear exactly what you are saying. But travel it, be kind in yourself. One day you will feel 'lighter' from it all. Definitely seeing a psychologist can better help you understand your thoughts. I find when I am validated it helps, because elsewhere in our lives people are not doing this. It becomes pattern for others to treat us a certain way & our response in return. I think through the toughest lessons, that have really hurt, it's then I begin to move forward. We all learn in our unique way, hear, see, listen differently. But we all deserve respect to do so. I think good on you, for being brave with deciding who no longer walks the path with you. You are already on your way.❤👍

Hi @Del81 Nice to meet you. I am fairly new on here. Its a good place to chat to people who understand. I have also moved on from family and friends that werent good for me. Chatting on here helps me not feel so isolated, hope you find the same.
