I feel gone
I don't even know if that makes sense. I don't know how to put into words what I'm going through. I just don't know anymore, not even what I'm wanting out of this post.

Hey @Idkanymore. I'm sorry that you are feeling very lost at the moment and not knowing which way is up or down. Maybe talking to someone at lifeline could help? (131114)
They do have a text service too but I found talking to someone when I felt lost so much better because they troubleshoot and brainstorm with you.

@Idkanymore Welcome to the forums.
I’m sorry you are feeling so overwhelmed ( if I have that correct). That’s how I feel when I feel both everything and nothing. There are no words sometimes. Pain can be deep and scary.
