Feeling lost & empty

Feeling lost & empty

I'm really feeling lost and empty lately my mental health has been up and down like a rollercoaster, I'm finding it hard to reach out to my supports during the week as i have set times with them. My family dont understand mental health so that makes the situation worse because I just feel more empty and not understood around them.

I just dont know what else I can do at the moment to make this feeling go away

Re: Feeling lost & empty

My son has one, and it’s so helped with anxiety and overthinking at night. He says it’s liked being wrapped up in a hug all night long.

Re: Feeling lost & empty

Thanks so much. Really little point. It’s a bigger income and a friendship circle I need... That I have to keep chasing for myself. Starting again in your fifties, with nothing, is a killer. Doing it is a country where you have no one just finished you off. I have no choice but to get up every day and keep going, for my son. For me, I’d rather give up. This isn’t a life. It’s an existence... and an excruciatingly painful one.
