Re: Voices
I have anxiety and major depression not schizophrenia.I have had illusions of a male voice or a male figure holding a gun to my head during times of severe distress.It is quite powerful.Try to not get too stressed,simply remembering to breathe and getting the right help and medication.

Re: Voices
Hi @Miss_S,
Glad to hear you're still going okay, even if the voices are still there. Have you found some ways to help cope with them? Your psych might have some ideas for how help? But I hope the appointment this week went well. (I find psych appointments make them worse ironinically, but my doc always helps me sort them out.)
@ScienceBoy101,
How are you going? Do you hear voices too? There are quite a few people on here who do, and we each have different ways of coping, but if you haven't spoken to a health professional about it, I highly recommend it. The doctors I've spoken about it have all been understanding and nonjudgemental and they can let you know what you can do about them if you find them distressing. I hope you've had a relaxing weekend and are feeling okay. 🙂
