Hi. I've been alone in my flat since mid-March. That's about 75 days.
I have met one acquaintance on three occasions, and I participate in a weekly Christian zoom meeting.
I'm going further and further down into the darkest depressed I've ever known. Could somebody please even acknowledge that I exist, and any help would be gratefully received. Thank you.
