After every psych appt. I always treat myself to a coffee. Sometimes it's just the small things that count.

I'm going ok. Feels like I am treading water but it is what it is.

I might have an afternoon tea soon @Bow as my fluids have been lacking lately too.

Sorry to hear about your struggle but pleased you are surviving.

Ive reached the Medicare safety net so I can afford a little treat after my visit.

Will you be able to visit the snow again this winter? It really seems to help you.

Hoping we get back up to the snow a few weekends this season @Eve7 Hard with the kids in school but we will get back up there.

It certainly helps to keep me going.
