Pdoc appointment was ok. She’s increased my anti psychotic which is better than going back on depo.

I sometimes sit in my car for awhile after appointments. It is hard to drive when our brain/thoughts are elsewhere. Please drive safely hon.

Is there something nice you can do for yourself now? I normally treat myself to a take away coffee after my psych appointments.
