Today has been rather medical.

Visited by mh nurse

Physio appointment where I unloaded onto him what I hadn’t told the mh nurse.

Optometrist to select new prescription sunnies.

Zoom meeting’s. Too busy.

Back to work tomorrow but I have decided to retire in January.

My mum is doing ok with COVID…she’s tough.
