I’ve been to see pdoc and it was difficult even though she was very understanding. I have one more appointment before she goes away for 5 weeks.

My mh nurse has cancelled as she’s sick. I know she can’t help that so I’ll just have to deal with it.

I was supposed to do my first aid refresher today but that won’t be happening.

At least my bed has clean sheets and the sun is shining in my window 😊
