Morning has broken

Here I am struggling again to sleep and wondering why this keeps occurring.

If only, if only, if only..my brain is in a whirlpool of stupid thoughts. Nothing makes sense anymore.

This is just a dump, I’m over it.

It affects our MH so much, the lack of sleep does.

I hope you can get some much needed rest/sleep today and it is a little brighter for you.

I’ve seen my GP and pdoc this morning @NatureLover @Snowie @Bow which has been triggering and now I’ve just had a visit from a mh nurse doing “hospital in the home”.

pdoc has given me a certificate to just work 2 days a week for another 2 weeks but I even feel that is too much.

Sleep is still a problem so my night meds have been changed.

How is everyone else?

Hopefully the change in meds can help with your sleep too.

Thanks @Snowie The mh nurse is lovely and she will come each week maybe twice when pdoc is away next month. This is covered by my health fund.
