Morning has broken

I went out with gs2 this morning while he went for a run and I did a walk @Bow . Afterwards we went for breakfast at a nice little ridiculously priced cafe.

I’m about to have a shower and go to the library to find an old fashioned book to help with my Uni assignment.

@Eve7 That sounds like a nice morning. I had groups on this morning…. On worrying and problem solving. I honestly don’t get a great deal out of these groups. I then did a bit of painting as my ‘behaviour activation’. And then I was out of there! I went home. Squeezed my mum… my D is at her fathers today. Then I went to the shops. Now I am back home and I am going to do a box hair dye and have a good shave!, cover up all the greys!! I have to be back at the clinic for 5:30ish, so won’t see my D today. But I’m out again tomorrow for the whole afternoon.

It seems you have similar topics to what I had as worry and problem solving were on offer a couple of days ago. I didn’t go to it opting for prn and bed instead.

Its a lovely sunny day here and I’ve just returned from the library with books on digestion from the junior section…hopefully these will make sense to my poor brain!
