Hey @Bow so sorry about the pain. Have you made sure you’re well hydrated the day before and straight after each session? That is supposed to help with the aches and pains.
Im doing ok and I think I can leave on Friday all going well. All my meds have been increased and a different prn added. I’ve walked almost every day and been to the gym. I find the groups very triggering with all the different personalities but the topics have been helpful.
How do you find the groups?

No I didn’t know that hydration was important @Eve7 I will try and be more appear of that today and tomorrow and see if it makes a difference…. I’m imagining it’s from the seizure yeah?
I try and get to all the groups I can…. Make the most of it while I am here, but obviously missing some due to ECT. They are mostly interesting topic, this mornings was on unhelpful coping behaviours and then a second group on mindfulness. I am finding though, that a lot of the groups talk about the topic, but don’t really go into many details of how not to do it. I do get overwhelmed with all the different personalities too. One particular person has to say ‘oh yeah…. Or yeah that’s right’ after everyone says something.
Glad that things have gone well for you @Eve7 and that you may be heading home soon!

The seizure is really just a twitch rather than a full on grand mal type seizure @Bow
I think the fasting causes some dehydration and if you’re not hydrated from the day before and straight after that is what can cause the headache and other aches. That’s how it was explained to me.
My pdoc is trying to not have me in for a long stay as she thinks I’ll recover better by getting back into my life.
