Almost home after a quick trip to Nth Qld. Caught up with a friend which was lovely, went through the highs and lows of sport with a late night and early morning. Some kids have a bit of bling and some are shattered. I spent 2 hours by the pool in the blazing sun getting suitably sunburnt, flew south only to find the trains aren’t running so an hour on a bus before arriving home and now I’m shattered.

I'm OK thanks... But I can't use my therapy light as my skin is too itchy (it's a side effect). And there's 3 days of gloomy weather in Melbourne now!
