I’m sorry you’re struggling @Snowie but pleased you’re safe.

I went out with gs2 this morning for a run…well he ran and I walked then we went out to breakfast.

I came home for a nana nap then went to the hairdressers to get some foils and a new do while the car was being cleaned and detailed.

Came home and watched the World Cross Country Championships which were in Bathurst today and totally dominated by the Africans.

Salad for tea as I’m putting on weight. Ready for bed soon.
