Thanks @Bow . It was very hard and I don’t know why pdoc bothers with me but she was very understanding. She asked how she could help but there was no way I was saying the h word.

I then had a physio appointment and he must have wondered what walked in.

Home now with some Tim tams.

i am glad that you have an understanding pdoc @Eve7 it really does make the difference when our supports are understanding. And yes i know what you mean by the H word. I seen my case manager this morning and was very careful about what words i said to her. I know that sometimes H is where we really do need to be, but its so hard.

my day is pretty shitty to be honest. but sitting down trying to do some work.
