Thanks @Snowie it was a lovely service but so very sad when people go suddenly and unexpectedly like that. She had an aneurism.

Sometimes we just need that break from everything.

I am struggling, have taken prn too. Unfortunately I don't have any backups when my psych and pdoc are on holidays. I don't have a local mental health team I can turn to.
