Thanks @Snowie I’m just sitting in my car looking at the water and wishing I had the energy to get in the kayak.

I know the feeling @Eve7 Getting the energy is hard to do. So hard.

I’ve seen my pdoc for the last time this year today and even though it was a tough session I found it helpful. Now it’s 3 weeks before I see her again and I have to try and implement my safety plan.

After my appointment I took a Christmas present to the local police to give them support for what has been a dreadful week for them and to thank them for being kind to me one night last month during my failed attempt.

This hasn’t been the brightest of years but I think I’ll make it intact to 2023 thanks to some very supportive people and a great therapist. I’ve even ordered a “free range, organic turkey” for our Christmas and hopefully my family enjoy that after what I’ve put them through this year.

I have no doubt you will make it intact to 2023, you have got this, but I know that it is hard.
