Ooh, you're a serious chocolate connoisseur, @Eve7 !
Am thinking of you today...I hope you were able to get some good sleep last night, and that today is without those torturing thoughts 💛

Thank you @NatureLover you’re a gem. I feel very drained this morning but slept ok. Mh nurse will be here soon so I’m trying to decide whether I’ll tell her about yesterday or not.
I hope your day is pleasant.

Good luck with your decision, @Eve7 ... I'm glad you slept OK. It's amazing how MIs can make us feel so drained though. Hoping you can take it easy on yourself today... 💛

Thanks @Snowie I spoke to MH nurse then did some self care in the Spa which was relaxing.
Just feel a bit weird and don’t know if it’s the increased ADs, or the accumulative affect from ect. I’m tempted to call pdoc and ask if I can cancel tomorrow’s ect.

@Eve7 Gald the self care in the spa was relaxing hun. Went up the street earlier today and was a bit of a disaster.
Whatever you decide for tomorrow you have my support hun, I know how different the brain feels from ect.

I saw your posts @Snowie pdoc said he was doing the stronger ect a week apart to avoid this but I can’t manage how I’m feeling. Just waiting for him to get back to me as I’m cancelling tomorrow. The last 3 have been disastrous and if you have similar “fog” then what’s the point???
I wish you were nearby, it’s 22 here today and I think the spa is better treatment. Take care and stay safe xox

It is a hard decision on whether to continue with the ect or not. I think it is a personal choice but I will support you either way hun. I am finding the effects of ect hard and becoming harder even after the treatment has stopped.
I wish I was nearby, very cold here, have heater on full!!
Take care of you too hun, you are very important to us here 💕💜💙💖🤍
