Thanks @Bow I am back home now so literally a flying visit.

Flights were ok but ferry on the harbour was much better.

Mum is picking up again and my cousin drove up from the south coast to see me which was lovely.

I took some of my squad down for a comp and they did well bringing home some bling…very proud coach.

Now I’m on my bed contemplating work in the morning.

I hope you get some better news in the morning. Thinking of you ❤️
