Nothing really @Eve7 . They are just trying to stabilise me with a change in meds. Anything that boosts my mood sends me into a manic episode so it’s a bit difficult

Trying hard to stay safe right now and I don’t know why I’ve crashed like I have.

Saw pdoc yesterday and now she’s going away again. I was really honest with her about my thoughts, actions and voices and she suggested going back on depo. I told her no but she’s having acute care team check in on me and they can decide if I don’t pick up. I want to run far away and not return.

Now I’ve just been told my mother is in emergency with her heart being the problem. Her GP said if she didn’t go straight away she’d be seeing the Queen! My sister is with her.

Better pull myself together pronto.
