Perhaps ring sane? I habw trouble with talking on the phone so can understand that might not be a good option.
Lifeline and suicide call back service might be worth ago? Im fairly sure they both have webchat

I am just going to take my meds and hopefully go to sleep. MH nurse will be here in the morning. I am safe and I haven’t given in. Chocolate anyone? It’s a good prn.
