She is great @Snowie but very expensive. I might have to do my own foils…well that’s a first world problem.

After the visit I bought myself a sausage roll from the bakery and a chai latte.

My day has been ok. Slept a lot of it away again. Seems like all I am doing is sleeping lately. Running out of prn so I need to go get some more tomorrow from the chemist.

Sleeping is good @Snowie as it rests our brain and stops the thoughts.

Am still on work cover. Still wising that I could make it back to work but that seems so out of grasp.

Hey @Snowie @work cover is a journey, they should be helping you, keep a diary, you should not be feeling like this, it is not your fault you are are not well, and to take on this journey, it’s what they think they can get away with, fight them, with everything, actually get legal advise, they are not aloud to grind us, they are responsible for your journey, not to belittle us, it’s there job. To help, us, it will come down to your case manager, take them on, please, get help get legal people to write every thing from this moment on, please , workcover is a insurance that has been paid for already, change your mind steps on this , if your not doing well it’s there fault that has added to your to your over all health issues, how dare they, think of the next person , and there journey, don’t give in please
