Morning has broken

It has been better today @Snowie I took extra meds last night and made sure I slept. I had discussed it with MH team and they ok’d it. I then had to get meds repacked which was a bit of a drama at pharmacy as they would only give me enough for the rest of the week. Felt humiliated by them.

Glad you got some sleep hon @Eve7 and that is has been a bit better today.

I can understand the med situation. I am only allowed to pick up once per week. That includes my prn too.

Today has been hard for me. Lots of intense thoughts. Not sure where to go from here.

I'm sorry to hear the pharmacy made you feel humiliated 😞

I remember when I used to have to get my meds weekly, these was this lovely pharmacy assistant who took time to call me by name and chat to me gently each week, not about mental health but about anything really. She still works there and I've never forgotten how kind she was, she obviously knew I was suicidal. Unfortunately I've found that most pharmacy assistants aren't like that, and it sounds like you've got one of those 😞

I go to a different pharmacy to get my MH meds @NatureLover I know it’s silly but my regular pharmacy has lovely people but I’ve been too ashamed to admit my MH to them. I should just go to my regular pharmacy as they are so kind.

I’m going to have to get my meds repacked as I took extra again last night.

I struggle with this stigma too. Sharing that bit about ourselves puts in in a vulnerable position. And we don't have to share it with everyone around us. It sounds like you've made a choice that keeps you comfortable and I think that's really powerful and not silly at all ❤️ I'm sure if you decided to share it with them, they'd feel honoured.
