All going well according to my surgeon and still minimal pain. This is a lovely hospital and the staff are great.

How are you going Emelia? I hope you are getting the care you need and deserve.

I start physio today which will be interesting as I am really slow and breathless just going the 3 steps to the ensuite.

I am still having physio here each day too, sometimes twice a day, even though I am in the MH wing. Its hard work sometimes, and I am still experiencing quite a lot of pain. And it gets me down when I cannot see or feel any improvement since 2 weeks post surgery.

Sorry, its not meant to be about me. You just happened to ask how I was going, on a day that the pain is quite debilitating.

Glad the hospital is nice and staff are good and taking care of you. Im sure some physio will help you get back to normal pretty quickly. Surgery takes it out of you, much more than you realise. Be patient and give yourself time.

@Emelia8 so sorry that things are still hard for you. Are you finding it helpful to be in there?

i had a home visit from my case manager the other day… we were talking about how quickly they let me out of hospital last week. She said that the psychiatrist that I seen told her that given the trauma of everything that happened it would probably be more traumatic if I stayed in… that’s why they let me out.

@Emelia8 really hoping that there are some benefits for you. 💕

I decided to take an anti inflammatory rather than the heavy duty analgesia @Snowie Hoping I’ve made the right decision.

your dinner sounds yummy. I had lasagne and salad here. The food is super good and they even serve wine with meals !

@Eve7 hoping it helps with your pain hon. Glad you have got good food in there. Sometimes hospital food isn't that good, but it sounds lovely in there. The wine sounds nice too!!
