I am beyond exhausted @Eve7 i got very little sleep again last night and have been trying to nap on and off all day, but keep getting disturbed.
i finally got disconnected from all the cords, drips etc and everything taken out. Which feels so good. Had a long hot shower. Medically cleared and waiting a bed in the psych emergency care unit. I’ve not been there before.
my blood pressure was really low this morning… they’ve been too busy to even check it again.

i really just want to go home.

Hospitals are not good places to rest up unfortunately @Bow .

I think emergency psych is for assessment and observation purposes so you may not be there for long. I’m just glad you’re in a safe place and being seen by people you know.
