I have my psych tomorrow so am hoping I can talk through some things with her, if I can get them out that is.

I hope your visit goes well tomorrow @Snowie and you are able to tell her what's been happening.

I was taken to hospital on Friday night but declined the offer to be admitted; PRN has been increased so I've slept most of the weekend. Surely things will change soon.

I am sorry to hear that you were taken to hospital @Eve7 I hope in coming days that it can get a bit better for you and that the prn help.

It is hard for things to change when we are like this. I just wish I could shut out everything and everyone. I am over the whole trying to get through life thing.
