Had my first DBT group session today. It was ok. Had a helpful conversation with the peer worker afterwards.
but still feel pretty down and flat. Trying to stay safe

'Feeling pretty down and flat' is something I experienced many times while undergoing psychotherapy. Let's say, it comes with it?

Persist. Give it time.

I cannot guarantee you'll make a complete turnaround, but what I can say, is that it worked for me. Hence, I hope you'll also experience this.

I am sorry you're up and down @Bow and that you're feeling flat after DBT but its good you were able to talk with the peer worker.
