Morning has broken

I’m sorry it’s not been a good day and with lots of thoughts @Snowie

I just made a cuppa so I can sit with you. I overdid the exercise yesterday so having a quiet one today. I’ve entered a triathlon later this month but I’m sure it will be my last one.

This triathlon is a charity fundraiser and only has a 1km run which I’ll be walking due to my arthritic ankle that is training on borrowed time.

It is yummy @Snowie I bought it from the cheesecake shop for my sister’s birthday yesterday. She’s no longer alive but I thought a cheesecake would be a good way to remember her.

My gd1 is deferring uni again and taking a job at a very prestigious horse stud down south. She leaves next weekend so I hope she likes it .
