Thank you @NatureLover I saw my psychologist this morning and the session was pretty light as I just wasn’t up to having a deep and meaning ful today and, of course, I’m Regretting that now.

About to see how far I can ride my bike as sh is screaming at me.

I am currently waiting to see a surgeon about my ankle...got the time wrong and arrived an hour early durrr!

My pdoc appointment for next week has also been cancelled as she is still away. Not sure that I can be as resilient as last week but don’t want to call the local mh team so will dig deep into my self care box of tricks and see what happens.
